1 Tbsp.
 Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1 tsp.
1/4 tsp.
 brandy extract
1 tsp.
 Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. hot water, cooled
6 Tbsp.
thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1 square
 Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, shaved, divided
1 cup
mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries and raspberries)

make it

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, brandy extract and dissolved coffee in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and half of the chocolate.
  2. Place 1/2 cup berries in each of 2 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top evenly with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with remaining chocolate. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
