what you need

2 cups
mashed, cooked  butternut squash
1/2 cup
 Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
3/4 cup
 dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp.
 brown sugar
dash each of  ground ginger, pepper and salt

make it

  1. COMBINE 2 cups mashed cooked butternut squash with 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Product, 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs, 2 Tbsp brown sugar; 1 egg and a dash each ground ginger; pepper and salt.
  2. PLACE in a greased small baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  3. BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
