Chocolate Truffle Cups

Makes 2 servings, 1/3 cup (75 mL) each.

what you need

2 oz.
 Baker's White Chocolate
3 Tbsp.
 milk, divided
1/4 cup
(1/4 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product, divided
2 oz.
 Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

make it

  1. Microwave white chocolate and 1 Tbsp. of the milk in small microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add 2 Tbsp. of the cream cheese product; stir until melted.
  2. Repeat using semi-sweet chocolate, remaining 2 Tbsp. milk and remaining 2 Tbsp. cream cheese.
  3. Spoon chocolate mixtures, side by side, evenly into two dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 15 min. before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
