(250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg.
(350 g) Peek Freans Fruit Creme Biscuits, finely crushed
2 pkg.
(170 g each) Baker's White Chocolate
5 drops
red food colouring

make it

  1. Mix cream cheese and biscuit crumbs until well blended. Shape into 46 (1-inch balls). Refrigerate 30 min.
  2. Melt chocolate as directed on package; stir in food colouring. Dip balls in chocolate; place on parchment or waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
