what you need

1 Tbsp.
 oil
 tilapia fillets (1 lb./450 g)
1/2 cup
 Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
3 Tbsp.
 roasted red pepper spread
1/2 cup
 milk
2-2/3 cups
hot cooked  long-grain white rice
2 cups
 frozen peas

make it

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook 3 min. on each side or until fish is browned on both sides and flakes easily with fork. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  2. Add cream cheese product, red pepper spread and milk to skillet; cook and stir 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted, and sauce is well blended and heated through. Remove 1/4 cup cream cheese sauce; cover to keep warm.
  3. Add rice and peas to remaining cream cheese sauce in skillet; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Spoon onto platter; top with fish and reserved cream cheese sauce.
