Breakfast

  • Spread bagel halves with Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread; top with fruit.
  • Spread 2 slices whole wheat bread with 2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Strawberry Light Cream Cheese Spread. Top one bread with 1/2 banana, sliced and the other bread with 1 Tbsp. raisins. Close together to make a breakfast sandwich.

Appetizers

  • For quick and easy appetizer nibblers, spread Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread on flour tortillas. Top with desired sliced deli or cooked meats and vegetables; roll tightly. Slice on the diagonal.

  • Philadelphia Tuscan Dip

    Blend 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened, with 2 Tbsp. sour cream. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, 1/2 cup chopped black pitted olives, and 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions.
  • Dill Sauce/Dip

    Place 1 sliced green onion, 1 garlic clove, and 1 Tbsp. fresh dill in food processor; process until finely chopped. Add 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread, 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt; process until smooth. Spoon over grilled vegetables, or place in a bowl for dipping.

    Top Ritz Crackers with Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread and Kraft Pure Strawberry Jam; sprinkle with a few toasted sliced almonds.
  • Croque Monsieur

    Spread 1 Tbsp. of Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Spread on a toasted thick slice of crusty bread. Top with sliced ham and shredded cheese; broil until cheese is melted.
  • Party Cheese Ball

    Blend 1-1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese with 1/2 cup Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened. If desired, add 1 Tbsp. port wine. Wrap in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before unwrapping. Roll in paprika or very finely chopped toasted nuts.
  • Spread flour tortilla with Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread. Sprinkle with grated carrot and a few raisins. Roll up tightly, cut in half.
